Park Services

All park restrooms have diaper-changing stations for your convenience. In select locations, you'll also find family restrooms that offer additional space and privacy.

Nursing rooms are available at Family Services in Isle of Curiosity, located near Guest Services as well as at Family Services in DreamWorks' Puss in Boots Del Mar.

Double Strollers are available to rent online via our website for a convenient pick-up process upon arrival, at the rental location upon entering Universal Kids Resort, or you may bring in your own stroller. Stroller rentals at Universal Kids Resort are $15 per day, including tax.

If your children are too small or unwilling to go on a particular ride that you want to experience, take advantage of our "child swap" program. One adult member of your party can wait with the little ones while the rest of your party rides. Once they are finished, switch places so whoever rode can stay with the kids, and the adult(s) who sat out can enjoy the ride.

Guests have unlimited access to these lockers during the course of the day. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see a park attendant or concierge for assistance. Visit locker location for pricing information.


Daily locker rentals are available at Entrance Plaza and Isle of Curiosity. Lockers available in different sizes: Standard (11 in × 11.7 in × 17.7 in), Large (11 in × 17.7 in × 17.7 in), Luggage (13.8 in × 23.7 in × 17.7 in).

Time-based lockers are available at the entrance of Bello Bay Cruise. Lockers available in Standard size (11 in × 11.7 in × 17.7 in). Lockers can be rented for an additional fee while you ride.
