We know it can be a challenge to dine out when you or someone you’re with has food allergies or intolerances. That’s why we offer a number of dining locations throughout Universal Kids Resort and our hotel where our chefs and culinary staff can accommodate your dietary needs.
You've Got Options
Research Dining Options Before You Arrive
As you’re making plans to visit Universal Kids Resort, browse through the online menus for our theme park dining venues. Acquainting yourself with the available options ahead of time will give you a head start. If you have any further questions after viewing the menus, email the Food Allergy team at UKRFoodAllergies@udx.com.
Check With Restaurants Once You’re Here
You can ask to speak with a chef or manager at any Universal Kids Resort restaurant or at our hotel. Let them know about any food allergies or intolerances in your party, and our culinary team will discuss available dining options and accommodations.
It should be noted, however, that Universal Kids Resort does not have separate food preparation facilities in which to prepare allergen-free foods. There is a chance that allergens may be introduced to one or more ingredients.
Bring Your Own Food
You’re also welcome to bring your own food if you prefer. Simply notify a Security Team Member performing the security bag check at the front gate that you or a member of your party has a food allergy/intolerance. Items should be contained in a soft-sided cooler; glass is not allowed.
Universal Kids Resort guests staying at our hotel may keep food refrigerated in their hotel room. The hotel is unable to hold food in its kitchen on behalf of the guest.
