Time-Based Lockers at Attractions
Time-based lockers are available at the entrance of Bello Bay Cruise.
Lockers can be rented for an additional fee while you ride.

Family & Care Facilities
Child Swap Program
Have a little one who’s too young to ride your favorite attraction? Take advantage of our child swap program. One adult member of your party can wait with any children who are unable or unwilling to ride while the rest of your group enjoys the attraction. When they return, simply swap places so you can take your turn while they stay with the child(ren). Please note that designated child swap rooms are not available; parties will swap near the attraction exit. For more information or assistance, ask a ride attendant upon arrival.
Nursing Facilities
Nursing rooms are available at Family Services in Isle of Curiosity, located near Guest Services as well as at Family Services in DreamWorks' Puss in Boots Del Mar.
Diaper-changing Stations
For guests who need changing accommodations, child-sized diaper changing tables are available in all restrooms throughout Universal Kids Resort. An adult-sized changing table is available in First Aid, located adjacent to Universal Kids Cafe.
Get the Care You Need
A First Aid Station is located in Isle of Curiosity, near the entrance of the park.
Take a Break
Restroom facilities are located throughout the theme park. All restrooms have wheelchair-accessible facilities and diaper-changing stations.
Family Services
There are two (2) Family Services locations throughout Universal Kids Resort Theme Park.
The first location can be found in front of the park, next to Guest Services.
