Troll-ify Me! Experience

It is recommended that guests be 5 years or older to participate. Guests under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by a guest 18 years or older who may be asked to assist. Adults can only participate in Package Level 1 face paint only. Headwear, Cosplay Dress or Shirts are limited to kid sizes only.

Guests must arrive to the Troll-ify Me! Experience on the date and time listed on the ticket. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture; rebooking at the discretion of Universal Kids Resort.

Each experience lasts approximately 15 minutes, but you should plan for up to 25 minutes. This time includes the check-in and briefing process as well as the time for the makeup experience.

Guests who are late should visit the venue upon arrival to review available options. Guests will be accommodated based on availability and other factors such as arrival time, party size and time of day; however, a spot is not guaranteed. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No, separate theme park admission is required must be valid for the same calendar day as the Troll-ify Me! Experience ticket. If you have not purchased admission, we strongly recommend doing so in the same order as the Troll-ify Me! Experience ticket.

No, there are no discounts for Troll-ify Me! Packages.

Face paint and cosmetic products are applied with sponges, sponge applicators and soft bristles, paint brushes. The application will feel soft and cool.

The artists will guide the participating guest through the experience. At times, the artist may ask the guest to gently turn their head, close their eyes or close their mouth for a few moments. The artist may also lightly touch the top of the guest’s head to help guide these movements.

Please let the makeup artist know if you or the participating guest has any sensory conditions or allergies to latex, alcohol, talc, or cotton. Guest should also let the makeup artist know if they wear contact lenses as certain pigments used may stain contact lenses. Guests should inform the makeup artist if they have any visible skin irritations, rashes or open wounds in areas where products will be applied. For minor guests, the accompanying adult should assist with providing this information as needed.

The artists use face paint products that are made with cosmetic grade ingredients. Please be advised that products do contain FD&C Red Dye, FD&C Yellow Dye, Fragrances, Polyacrylic Emulsion, Polymers and Non-hazardous Preservatives.

Although it is unlikely, materials used during the experience may cause skin irritation. Guests with skin sensitivities should consult with a physician before participating. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and wash the affected area with mild soap and water or remove the product with cosmetic wipes. If the guest is a minor, the accompanying adult should assist the guest as appropriate and contact the guest’s parent or legal guardian if needed. If irritation persists or worsens, seek medical attention.

It should last throughout the day but may be affected by eating, drinking, and exposure to water.
